Job Description

Job Duties and Responsibilities
1.Resp. for planning and execution of preventive maintenance including predictive Maintenance, TBM, CBM, FBM & so on..
2.Resp. for Maintenance KPI e.g., MTTR, MTBF, BD%, Maintenance Cost
3.Planning, Execution and Adherence of QMS Maintenance Module
4.Managing complete shift activity related to BD, Preventive, Predictive & Time-based Maintenance
5.Managing all Mechanical maintenance (Fault Finding, Dismantling, Part Replacement & Assy.) e.g., Hydraulic System, Pneumatic System, Coolant System, Axes Control System, APC, ATC etc.
6.Managing all Electrical & Electronics Maintenance e.g., Fault finding in Logic, Ladder (RLC & PLC Control Machines), CNC Controller)
7.Analysis of breakdowns & implementation of countermeasures & Reporting A3
8.Machine History Card Maintenance & Updation.
9.Spare Parts management, Oil & Chemical management & Cost Management
10.Machine Relocation activities & Change management documentation
11.Training & Development of Peers & sub-ordinates
12.Preparation & Release of maintenance Documentation
13.Planning & Execution of Improvement projects related to QCD
14.Active Collaboration & Contribution in Competence Network
15.Front face for System / Internal / Customer Audits

Qualification & Experience
1.Bachelor’s degree or equivalent course in Electro-mechanical engineering / Mechatronics Engineering.
2.Professional experience of minimum 3-6 years in mechatronics maintenance in the field of machining.
3.Experience in working with international teams
4.Fluent proficiency in English

Skill and Ability
1.Sound Knowledge on TPM, Maintenance relate Modules.
2.Sound Knowledge in Machining related technologies, maintenance systems, infrastructures, standards, and processes
3.Sound Knowledge and Hand on experience in mechanical and Electronics maintenance.
4.Advance level Communication skills, including Presentation and Negotiation techniques; advanced English
5.Sound Analytical skills should be able to use analytical tools. Good attention to details.
6.Advance level Problem solving skills, advance creativity & innovation skill.
