Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company growth targets.
- Identify and onboard new customers across manufacturing, FMCG, pharma, e-commerce, and other sectors.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and satisfaction.
- Understand customer packaging needs and provide suitable corrugated solutions.
- Collaborate with production and logistics teams to ensure timely order fulfilment and customer satisfaction.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to fine-tune sales approach.
- Prepare regular reports on sales performance, forecasts, and new opportunities.
- Participate in exhibitions, trade shows, and industry events to expand business visibility.
- Strong network of potential clients in industries using corrugated packaging.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and handle end-to-end sales cycle.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and strategic thinker.
- Proficient in MS Office.
Willingness to travel frequently to meet clients and explore new markets
