1.Knowledge of Techinical requirtment for Automotive, Industrial, Manufacturing industry
2.Understand job requirements from clients and hiring managers.
3.Source candidates through job portals such as Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, and other recruitment platforms.
4.Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates.
5.Conduct initial telephonic interviews and assess candidate suitability.
6.Negotiate salary expectations and discuss joining dates.
7.Maintain daily/weekly MIS reports
*Required Skills*
1.Good communication and interpersonal skills.
2.Knowledge of recruitment processes and interview coordination.
3.Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
4.Ability to work under deadlines and meet recruitment targets.
5.Strong follow-up, negotiation, and organizational skills.
