*Roles & Responsibilities*

1.Overall responsibility for RM, WIP, FG, consumables and packaging material stores.

2.Coordination for timely receipt, inspection coordination, GRN and proper system entry of incoming materials to ensure “No Delay”

3.Ensure FIFO maintenance in all storage area for RM/BOP and Consumable items.

4.Responsible for Inventory Accuracy by doing analysis Daily/Weekly/monthly/Yearly Cycle count (Physical Vs System Data)

5.Responsible for On time issuance of material to user Dept against Valid Approved issuance slip.

6.Familiar with ISO/IATF and Customer VSA Audit/Responsible for SOP/WI/Modification as per Operation allotted.

7.Responsible for On time dispatch to customer and Returanble reconciliation weekly/Monthly Yealy basis.

8.Has good knowledge and Experienced of Microsoft Excel, Power Point & other tools.

9.Store 55, safety, material handling and compliance with company procedures.

10.Ability of Manpower handing and ability to lead 3 to 4 Reporting members.

11.Good Communication and Problem Solving Ability by having good co-Ordination with CFT/Supplier/Customer.

12.Active participation in Weekly/Monthly and Yearly internal/External event to ensure Zero observation in Store & Dispatch.
