Job Description

*Should have good experience in Automotive Industry*

*Roles & Responsibilities*

1.Perform incoming raw material, in-process, and finished product inspection/testing as per approved specifications and test methods.

2.Monitor critical process parameters and identify process/product abnormalities.

3.Support laboratory trials, new product development, product modification, localization, verification, and validation activities.

4.Prepare and maintain technical documents, test reports, specifications, COA, TDS, and trial records.

5.Support customer complaint investigation, root-cause analysis, 8D/CAPA, and corrective action follow-up.

6.Review supplier quality data and support supplier evaluation, technical audits, and supplier CAPA.

7.Participate in Design Review Meetings and NPD-related activities.

8.Maintain laboratory equipment, testing records, calibration status, and proper laboratory practices.

9.Support ISO 9001/QMS compliance, internal audits, SOP implementation, and quality improvement activities.

10.Analyze quality/process data and support continuous improvement, rejection reduction, and process optimization.

11.Coordinate with Production, R&D, Purchase, Sales, suppliers, and other concerned departments for technical and quality- related issues.

12.Ensure compliance with chemical safety, laboratory safety, and company procedures.

*Job Skills:*

1.Basic knowledge of chemical manufacturing processes.

2.Knowledge of raw material, in-process, and finished product testing.

3.Understanding of chemical properties and product performance characteristics.

4.Basic knowledge of Quality Control and Quality Assurance systems.

5.Knowledge of problem-solving and root-cause analysis.

6.Basic understanding of ISO 9001 and QMS.

7.Ability to prepare technical reports and maintain documentation.

8.Good analytical and problem-solving skills.

9.Good communication and coordination skills.

10.Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

11.Ability to work with Production, R&D, Purchase, Sales, and suppliers.
