1.Pre-commissioning and Commissioning
2.Operations management
3.Quality Management
4.Safety Management
5.Resource Management
6.Finance Management
7.Continuous Improvement
8.Lean Management( cost reduction and waste minimization)
9.Implementation of Industry best practices and technological advancements
10.Developing and implementing plant policies and procedures
11.Communicating with stakeholders
12.Regulatory compliance
13.Representing the plant in meetings and other forums
*Experience :-*
1.Min.25 yrs of experience of Ammonia plant operation out of which 5 yrs.of experience in the capacity of Plant Head.
2.Experience of minimum 3 Ammonia plant commissioning is must.
3.Experience of working in Gulf for more than 10 yrs is preferred.
4.System Turnover experience is preferred.
