Job Description

*Should have good Experience in Gravity Die Casting Maintenance*

*Responsibilities*

​1.Carry out preventive, predictive and breakdown maintenance of GDC machines and related equipment.

2.Troubleshoot hydraulic, pneumatic, mechanical and electrical breakdowns.

3.Maintain GDC machine components such as hydraulic power packs, cylinders, valves, pumps, motors, sensors, limit switches and solenoid valves.

4.Troubleshoot PLC, HMI, VFD, servo drives, sensors and control panels.

5.Monitor and maintain die cooling, water circulation, air and hydraulic systems.

6.Execute planned maintenance activities according to the maintenance schedule.

7.Maintain spares, critical components, breakdown history and maintenance records.

8.Identify recurring failures and implement permanent corrective actions.

9.Support Kaizen, 5S and continuous improvement activities.

10.Maintain daily maintenance reports, checklists and machine history cards.

5.Robot troubleshooting and basic programming knowledge

6.Preventive maintenance

7.Basic knowledge of MTBF, MTTR and OEE
