Job Description

*Should have good experience in Wiring Harness/ Electric Part Manufacturing, Automobile*

*JD*

1.Supplier quality monitoring and performance improvement

2.Conduct supplier process and system audits

3.APQP, PPAP, FMEA, Control plan and MSA review

4.Handle supplier quality issues and implement corrective actions

5.Supplier development for new projects and localization

6.Manage supplier quality issues, including rejections, deviations, and containment activities to ensure uninterrupted operations.

7.Ensure compliance with IATF 16949, ISO 9001, and all applicable customer-specific requirements.

8.Coordinate with suppliers and cross-functional teams to drive corrective and preventive actions for quality improvement.

*Required Skills*

1.Strong knowledge of automotive manufacturing process

2.Good communication skill
