Engineer – Process Quality MNC for Bhiwadi Location

Job Description

*JD*

1.Monitor and control process quality across manufacturing lines.

2.Ensure compliance with Process Control Plan, SOP, Work Instructions and Quality Standards.

3.Conduct in-process inspections and verify critical quality parameters.

4.Analyze process defects, rejection, rework and customer complaints.

5.Perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) using 7 QC Tools, 5 Why, Fishbone, etc.

6.Prepare and update PFMEA, Control Plan, Process Flow Diagram and inspection standards.

7.Monitor SPC and process capability (Cp/Cpk) for critical characteristics.

8.Ensure proper implementation of Poka-Yoke and mistake-proofing systems.

9.Handle quality issues related to machining, assembly and automotive components.

10.Maintain process quality records, inspection reports and quality dashboards.

11.Support IATF 16949, customer and internal audits and ensure timely closure of findings.

*Required Skills*

1.Good knowledge of IATF 16949 / ISO 9001.

2.Strong understanding of PFMEA, Control Plan, SPC, MSA, PPAP and APQP.

3.Knowledge of 7 QC Tools, 8D, CAPA, RCA and Poka-Yoke.

4.Experience in process audit and quality improvement.

5.Ability to read engineering drawings and understand GD&T.

6.Good analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.
