Asst. Engineer – Safety MNC for Bhiwadi Location

1.Ensure implementation of plant safety policies, procedures and safety standards.

2.Conduct regular safety inspections of shop floor, machines, equipment and work areas.

3.Identify unsafe acts and unsafe conditions and ensure timely corrective actions.

4.Conduct HIRA (Hazard Identification & Risk Assessment) and JSA (Job Safety Analysis).

5.Monitor machine safety, machine guarding, interlocking and emergency stop systems.

6.Investigate accidents, incidents and near-miss cases and prepare reports with corrective actions.

7.Maintain safety-related records, inspection reports, training records and incident reports.

8.Monitor contractor safety and ensure compliance with plant safety requirements.

9.Support compliance with applicable Factories Act, Rajasthan Factory Rules and statutory safety requirements.

10.Coordinate with Production, Maintenance, HR and other departments for overall workplace safety improvement.
