*Principal Responsibilities:*

Overall controlling the Inventory, Material Planning and Logsitics, Negotiation & Selection of the Forwarder, CHA and Transporter, Cost Controlling, Reduction in expiry, Sales teams and customer support.

*JD*

1. Material Requirements Planning (MRP): Aligning raw material procurement with production schedules and demand forecasts.

2. Inventory Control & Management: Optimising safety stock levels to minimize excess inventory while preventing material shortages.

3. Warehousing & Storage: Managing spatial layouts, safety standards, stock handling, and goods organization.

4. Transportation & Distribution: Coordinating carrier routing, scheduling, dispatch clearance, and tracking shipments.

5. vendor Negotiation: Securing optimal pricing, delivery terms, and service agreements from external suppliers.

6. Stakeholder Management: Collaborating with finance, manufacturing, and project teams to ensure material availability.

7. Problem-Solving & Adaptability: Pivoting operations swiftly during transport disruptions, port delays, or sudden demand spikes.

8. Team Leadership: Mentoring staff, overseeing storekeepers, and instilling warehouse safety and accountability cultures.

9. Regulatory Compliance: Adhering to transport legislation, ISO quality standards, and environmental health and safety laws
