Job Description

*Should have good experience in Automotive Industry*

*JD*

1.Perform preventive, predictive and breakdown maintenance of paint shop equipment.

2.Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, pneumatic and hydraulic equipment.

3.Maintain paint booths, spray systems, curing/baking ovens and conveyors.

4.Maintain pretreatment/washing systems, pumps, tanks and circulation systems.

5.Basic Troubleshoot PLC, HMI, VFD, sensors, proximity switches and control panels.

6.Maintain automatic spray-painting equipment and robotic painting systems.

7.Attend breakdowns of conveyor systems, motors, gearboxes, pumps and blowers.

8.Maintain air compressors, air dryers, pneumatic lines and pressure-control systems.

9.Maintain MTBF, MTTR, breakdown and preventive-maintenance records.
