*Experience*

∙Minimum 10 years of progressive leadership experience within automotive workshop equipment, garage equipment,

industrial equipment, or related sectors.

∙Proven track record of managing a business with full P&L responsibility.

∙Strong experience in leading regional sales, service, and distribution organizations.

∙Demonstrated success in managing OEM customers, distributors, dealers, and aftermarket channels.

∙Experience in business transformation, market expansion, and organizational development within a multinational

environment is highly desirable.
