*Your Tasks & Responsibilities*
*Provide Regional Implementation*
∙Apply global Diversity & Inclusion (D&I) frameworks in the region, establish actionable structures, and steer implementation of innovative, target group-specific programs in close collaboration with regional and local HR teams.
∙Deploy the global employee survey in the region by steering and coordinating all work packages with local stakeholders, including: Data management, Technical setup, Enablement, Communication
*Provide Regional Governance*
∙Ensure alignment of all Engagement and D&I initiatives within the region and compliance with the global Engagement & Belonging Strategy.
∙Define, maintain, and track the regional budget.
*Consult Stakeholders and Enable Interfaces*
∙Advise regional business functions on Engagement, Employee Survey, and D&I solutions.
∙Provide presentations and decision papers for Top Management.
∙Ensure enablement of employees, managers, and regional HR Business Partners regarding global policies, standards, processes, and tools.
∙Connect, manage, and enable regional key stakeholders.
*Analyze Data and Create Reports*
∙Implement, steer, and analyze key metrics related to Engagement and D&I.
∙Monitor and analyze KPIs, create reports, and ensure accessibility of results for employees, managers, and HR Business Partners.
∙Identify and initiate corrective measures in close cooperation with Business Leaders, Talent Management teams, and HR Business Partners.
*Continuous Improvement*
∙Review and continuously improve existing standards and initiatives in cooperation with relevant stakeholders.
*Your Experience and Qualification*
∙Master’s degree with a focus on human resources management, organizational psychology, or similar
∙Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in Diversity & Inclusion, organizational development or employee engagement ideally in the automotive industry
∙Experience in designing strategic HR concepts in an international business environment
∙Strong analytical skills and experience with KPIs and reporting tools
∙Solid experiences in steering international HR projects, processes and standards
∙Experience in dealing with stakeholders on different levels
*Language Skills*
∙Fluent English (spoken and written)
∙Secondary language skills are a plus
*Minimum Requirement:*
∙Strong computer skills, including MS office – Tools like, Strong Excel knowledge and data management skill, PPT, SAP.
∙Strong communication skills: (written and verbal) to effectively convey information to stakeholders and team members. Fluent written and spoken English.
∙Excellent organizational and time management skills: to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
