Job Description

*Should have good experience in Automotive / Manufacturing Industry*

*Prinicipal Areas Of Accountability*

Provide IT support for hardware, software, network, email, printers, and systems.

Install, configure, troubleshoot, and maintain computers, laptops, and IT equipment.

Manage LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, routers, switches, and basic network troubleshooting.

Manage user accounts, access rights, antivirus, software updates, and backups.

Maintain IT asset records, software licenses, AMC, and vendor coordination.

Ensure data security, cybersecurity practices, and timely resolution of IT issues.

Maintain IT documentation, reports, and SOPs.

Support employees and ensure smooth day-to-day IT operations.

*Required Skills*

1.Experience managing Windows PCs

2.Experience administering Microsoft 365, including:

3.User provisioning and registration

4.License management

5.Account administration

6.Experience with PC setup and deployment (kitting)

7.Experience performing first-level network troubleshooting

8.Experience managing and coordinating external vendors

9.Ability to communicate effectively in English

*Preferred Qualifications*

1.IT supports experience in a manufacturing environment

2.Experience working for a company using SAP

3.IT asset management experience

4.Experience participating in IT projects
