Dy. Manager – Design (Plastic & Rubber) MNC for Bawal & Gurgaon Location

Job Description

*Should have good experience in Automotive with Wiring Harness Industry*

*JOB Responsibility*

1.Lead design and development of rubber and plastic components for automotive wiring harness applications.

2.Develop 3D models, 2D drawings, assemblies and detailed design layouts using UG-NX and CATIA.

3.Design components such as harness-related plastic/rubber parts.

4.Interpret customer specifications, drawings and technical requirements.

5.Prepare and review DFMEA, DVP&R, design standards, BOM and engineering specifications.

6.Coordinate with customers for design clarification and technical changes.

7.Expert-level hands-on experience in UG-NX / Unigraphics NX and CATIA V5.

8.3D modeling, surface modeling, part design, assembly design and drafting.

9.GD&T application and interpretation.

10.Good knowledge of injection moulding, compression moulding and rubber moulding processes.

11.Handle ECN/ECR, drawing revisions, BOM changes and customer change requirements.

12.Evaluate the impact of design changes on tooling, cost, quality and manufacturing.
