1.Strong experience in machining processes, including CNC, VMC, Sliding Head, and Grinding

2.Setup approval of parts

3.Preparation and maintenance of inspection records

4.SPC (Statistical Process Control) data collection and monitoring

5.Patrolling inspection during production

6.Training and guidance for machine operators

7.Rejection analysis and implementation of corrective actions

8.Proficiency in using inspection instruments, including: Micrometer, Roughness Tester

9.Contour Measuring Machine (Contour cord)

10.Vision Measuring Machine (VMM)
