Job Description

*Should have good experience in PP Compounding / Polymer Compounding / Automotive Plastic Compounds*

*Key Responsibilities:*

1. Develop PP compounds for automotive applications.

2. Participate in technical capacity improvement in PP Compounding.

3. Evaluate new and alternate raw materials for product development from the global market.

4. Conduct R&D studies and maintain technical databases.

5. Provide technical support and coordinate with customers & cross-functional teams.

6. Prepare R&D documents and support APQP/PPAP & IATF activities.

7. Implement innovative ideas for automotive product development.

*Required Skills*

1. Strong presentation and communication skills for technical and customer presentations.

2. Good understanding of polymer structure and its effect on material properties.

3. Good customer handling skills and ability to coordinate with customers and cross-functional teams.

4. Good knowledge of raw materials used for PP compounds (PP, additives, pigments, rubbers, etc.).

5. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and technical evaluation skills.

6. Good knowledge of PP compounding process and injection molding

7. Good and consistent academic record.
