*Job Summary:*

To lead and manage Environment, Health & Safety (EHS) activities for greenfield manufacturing projects by ensuring statutory compliance, implementing world-class safety systems, minimizing workplace risks, and promoting a strong safety culture.

*Key Responsibilities:*

*Lead EHS activities for Greenfield Plant Setup and project execution.

*Implement Environment, Health & Safety systems as per statutory requirements.

*Conduct HIRA, JSA, Risk Assessment, and implement corrective actions.

*Develop and manage Permit to Work (PTW), LOTO, Machine Guarding, SOPs, and PPE compliance.

*Ensure compliance with the Factories Act, applicable State Factory Rules, and statutory safety regulations.

*Manage Fire & Emergency Response Systems, including hydrants, sprinklers, mock drills, and evacuation planning.

*Conduct safety audits, inspections, incident investigations, Root Cause Analysis (RCA), and CAPA implementation.

*Drive contractor safety management, toolbox talks, and employee safety training.

*Implement and maintain ISO 14001 & ISO 45001 Management Systems and support certification audits.

*Promote a strong safety culture through awareness programs, safety committees, and continuous improvement initiatives.
