Production – GET (Female) Manesar

Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

* Monitor and execute daily production activities to achieve production targets.

* Ensure smooth operation of the production line while maintaining quality standards.

* Coordinate with Quality, Maintenance, Stores, and Planning departments.

* Prepare and maintain daily production reports and MIS.

* Follow SOPs, 5S, Kaizen, and Safety standards on the shop floor.

* Identify production issues and support continuous process improvement activities.

* Ensure proper utilization of manpower, machines, and materials.

* Maintain production records and support internal audits.

Key Skills Required:

* Basic knowledge of manufacturing and production processes.

* Good understanding of shop floor activities.

* Knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.

* Good communication and coordination skills.

* Positive attitude with strong learning ability.

* Willingness to work in rotational shifts.
