Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Lead manpower and manage the inspection team effectively.

Monitor and control quality in GDC and Heat Treatment processes.

Ensure product quality in Die Casting operations.

Conduct Internal & External Audits and maintain audit readiness.

Manage IATF 16949 documentation and compliance.

Perform Product & Process Audits.

Develop, implement, and maintain SOPs for Hot Shop operations.

Drive Root Cause Analysis and implement Corrective & Preventive Actions (CAPA).

Coordinate with cross-functional teams for continuous quality improvement.

Ensure quality standards in Melting, Casting, Heat Treatment, and Finishing processes.

Required Skills:

Strong knowledge of GDC (Gravity Die Casting), Heat Treatment, Shot Blasting, Melting & Hot Shop processes.

Good understanding of IATF 16949 Quality Management System.

Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), AutoCAD & SAP.

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Leadership and team handling abilities.

Excellent communication skills.
