Engineer / Sr. Engineer – Mechanical Maintenance MNC for Bawal Location

Job Description

*Should have good experience in Manufacturing Industry*

*Job Responsibilities:*

1.Planning and execution of new technologies.

2.Drawing making of machine parts in 3D/2D on Solid works or Auto CAD.

3.Troubleshooting of mechanical problems.

4.Rectification of machine design issues for better maintenance and life of machine parts.

5.Creating Operating procedures and documentation of best demonstrative practices for easy troubleshooting

6.Ensure adherence of safety/ environment measures in respective area

7.Ensure proper discipline, continual improvement projects

8.Monitor and upkeep records, shift wise and machine wise.

9.Plan and execute preventive maintenance to maximize machine uptime and reliability.

10.Maintain accurate maintenance records, checklists, breakdown reports, and PM logs.

11.Manage spare parts inventory and ensure timely availability of critical spares to minimize production downtime.

*Key Skills & Knowledge:*

1.Knowledge of basic rotary indexing, gearbox, extensions, joints and various types of couplings.

2.Knowledge of slide & Drive assembles.

3.Knowledge of all type of sensors (Inductive / Capacitive / Photoelectric)

4.Knowledge of Solenoid Valve / Pneumatic Cylinder/ venture systems

5.Knowledge of mechanical minor and major adjustment.

6.Hands-on knowledge of gluing machine operation, setup, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance.

7.Analytical thinking, Communication, Team Building.
