Engineer / Sr. Engineer – Quality (Metallurgy Lab) MNC for Neemrana Location

Job Description

*Should have good Experience in experience in Automotive with MSIL Customer*

Key Responsibilities:

1.Conduct metallographic examinations and microstructure analysis.

2.Perform Metallurgy Lab, UTM Hardness, hardness testing (Rockwell, Brinell, Vickers, Microhardness).

3.Evaluate case depth, carburizing, nitriding, and heat-treatment effectiveness.

4.Maintain and control all measuring instruments in the Standard Room.

5.Calibration of Vernier, Micrometer, Height Gauge, Bore Gauge, Thread Plug Gauge, Ring Gauge, Slip Gauge, etc.

6.Conduct MSA (Measurement System Analysis) and SPC activities.

7.Perform layout inspection for new development and production parts.

8.Ensure compliance with IATF 16949, ISO 9001, and customer requirements.

9.Support PPAP, APQP, Control Plan, and PFMEA activities for new projects.
