Sr. Engineer – Costing MNC for Pune Location

Job Description

*Should have good experience in Automotive Industry*

*Role and Responsibilities:*

• Min 3 Years in similar role or experience in should costing.

• Accurately prepares and updates costing based on customer request or changes in project using FACTON software.

• Interacts with different departments to understand and analyze project changes.

• Understand expectations and translates it into the desired output.

• Ownership of Product / Project Costing.

• Prepares different cost comparisons, scenario calculations as per expectations from stakeholders in FACTON and /or using excel.

• Understands guidelines defined by MAHLE group.

• Costing knowledge of sheet metal parts, plastic parts, would be an added advantage.

• Ready to work in shifts to interact with North America, Europe.

•On time delivery of tasks / deliverables

•Responsible for quality of cost calculations, analysis, scenario calculations

*Required Qualification & Skills:*

• Qualification: Degree / master’s in Mechanical / Automobile / Electrical / Electronics

• Advance Excel Certification, FACTON or any costing software knowledge will be added advantage

• Required Skills: Communication, fully conversant in Microsoft tools (Excel, PowerPoint), Analysis & Problem-solving skills

• Industry Preference: Automotive Engineering Services, Manufacturing background
