1.Plan, operate, and monitor heat treatment processes according to approved procedures and customer requirements.

2.Set and control furnace parameters, including temperature, soaking time, atmosphere, and cooling rate.

3.Perform heat treatment processes such as Hardening, Tempering, Annealing, Normalizing, Carburizing, Carbonitriding, and Stress Relieving.

4.Ensure proper loading and unloading of components to achieve uniform heat treatment.

5.Monitor furnace performance and ensure equipment calibration and preventive maintenance.

6.Investigate heat treatment defects such as distortion, cracking, soft spots, decarburization, oxidation, and excessive hardness variation. 7.Experience in industrial heat treatment operations
