Topcoat Team Leader – Surface Coating Production MNC for Neemrana Location

Job Description

*Should have good experience in Automotive.*

*JD*

1.Plan and supervise top coat application processes according to approved procedures and customer requirements.

2.Prepare coated components before top coat application by ensuring proper cleaning and surface condition.

3.Operate and monitor spray painting or automated coating systems.

4.Control process parameters including paint viscosity, spray pressure, film thickness, flash-off time, curing temperature, and curing time.

5.Ensure proper paint mixing, color matching, and material handling in accordance with technical data sheets.

6.Perform in-process and final inspections for appearance, gloss, adhesion, color consistency, and coating thickness.

7.Identify and resolve coating defects such as runs, sags, orange peel, pinholes, blistering, poor adhesion, contamination, and color variation.

*Requirement:*

1.Experience in industrial painting or top coat processes.

2.Knowledge of liquid paint, powder coating, or automotive top coat systems
