*Should have good experience in Automotive with Maruti Portal/Extranet.*

*JD*

1.Candidate having experience with E-Nagare and must be good in mathematics / calculation.

2.Invoice and E way bill creation as per customer schedule.

3.Knowledge of Maruti portal/Extranet.

4.Truck Requirement planning and share with transporter.

5.Timely arrangement of packing material like trolley, trays, boxes etc.

6.Dispatch plan updating with team for morning meeting.

7.Truck loading & unloading.

8.Material Receiving, counting and verify according to PO.

9.GRN Creation, Issue and Challan creation for job work.

10.Raw material Inventory Check and update the board.

11.Monthly Inventory check and prepared report.

12.SAP, FIFO, 5S and Kaizen knowledge.

13.Meet cost, productivity, accuracy and timelines targets.

14.Comply with Regulations and ISO, IATF, OHSAS requirements.

15.Always. regular patrolling/audits of the store’s physical and practical condition to ensure
