Sr. Executive / Asst. Manager – IT MNC for Bawal Location

Job Description

*Should have good experience in Automotive Industry*

*Key Responsibilities:*

1.Manage day-to-day IT operations and plant IT infrastructure.

2.Provide support for ERP/SAP applications and manufacturing systems.

3.Handle user issues related to hardware, software, network and applications.

4.Manage LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, servers, switches and firewall.

5.Monitor IT systems performance and ensure minimum downtime.

6.Installation, configuration and maintenance of: Desktops/Laptops, Printers, Servers, Network devices. CCTV & security systems

7.Coordinate with IT vendors and service providers.

8.Manage IT asset inventory, AMC and documentation.

9.Implement IT security policies, antivirus, backup and access control.

10.Support production systems like MES, shop floor applications and barcode systems.

11.Ensure data backup, recovery and disaster management.

12.Prepare IT reports, MIS and compliance documentation.

13.Support internal/external IT audits.

14.Train employees on IT systems and cybersecurity practices.

15.Lead IT team members and allocate daily activities.

*Technical Skills Required:*

1.Strong knowledge of: Windows Server, Active Directory, Networking (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN). Firewall & Security, Hardware troubleshooting, Database basics, ERP/SAP support

2.Knowledge of manufacturing plant IT environment preferred.

3.Experience with ITIL process and ticket management.

4.Knowledge of ISO/IATF documentation support.
