Job Description

*Should have good experience in Manufacturing / Automotive Industry wit SMT Process*

*Job Responsibilities:*

1.SMT equipment trouble shooting.

2.Execution of changeover on lines as per plan

3.Take corrective actions necessary to improve product yield, and improvement of downtime and attrition rate.

4.Equipment calibration and perform the preventive maintenance with master schedule

5.Generate and optimize Printing, Placement, Reflow Programs or parameters

6.Responsible for line setup and changeover

7.Study of Engineering trouble and find the root cause and corrective action

8.Implementation of Corrective Actions record & lesson learn system to all equipment issues

9.New operator, equipment engineers and technicians training

*Key Skills:*

1.AOI, SPI laser programming

2.AOI flash call optimization Troubleshooting

3.SPI, AOI & laser marking.

4.Reflow soldering machine & its profile parameters.

5.Process defects troubleshooting

6.Electrical troubleshooting

7.Machine calibrations.
