*Job Purpose*

The Senior Engineer – CNC Maintenance is responsible for ensuring maximum uptime, reliability, and performance of CNC, VMC, and special-purpose machines through preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance activities. The role requires strong expertise in PLCs, drives, hydraulic systems, troubleshooting, documentation, audits, and team coordination.

*Key Responsibilities*

1.Strong knowledge of CNC and VMC machines

2.Have good knowledge of Mitsubishi & Siemens PLC.

3.Have good knowledge in Data & Mitsubishi VFD.

4.Have good knowledge of RLC System.

5.Have good knowledge of 5’s.

*Required Skills*

1.Have good knowledge of Manpower handling and handle Team

2.Have good knowledge of SPM machine (CGK & VHD) machine

3.Have good knowledge of CNC, VMC pilling & broch machine trouble shooting.

4.Have good knowledge for CCS conveyor.

5.Have good knowledge of hydra Equipment & circuit.

*Core Competencies*

1.CNC-related breakdown analysis and problem-solving

2.Machine troubleshooting for VMC, VHD, and CGR equipment

3.Preventive maintenance planning and execution

4.Good knowledge of MIS, KPI, MTTR & MTBF.

5.Documentation and maintenance record management

6.Team handling and cross-functional coordination

7.Have good knowledge of IATF 16949 audit
