Reporting To: Head – Sales & Business Development

Industry Type : Robotics & Industrial Automation

Qualification: BE/ B. Tech/ MBA

Experience: More than 08 Years

Salary: 20.00 LPA

 

*Should have Experience in Automotive Industry*

 

*Key Responsibilities:*

1.Business Development & Sales

2.Identify and develop new business opportunities within Automotive OEMs and Auto Component manufacturers.

3.Promote industrial robotics, automation systems, assembly automation, welding automation, material handling solutions, AGVs, and smart factory solutions.

4.Generate inquiries, prepare techno-commercial proposals, and negotiate contracts.

5.Achieve annual and quarterly sales targets and revenue objectives.

6.Develop strategic sales plans to penetrate new accounts and expand existing customer relationships.

7.Market Intelligence

8.Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies in robotics and industrial automation.

9.Gather customer feedback and market requirements to support product development and marketing strategies.

10.Participate in industry exhibitions, trade fairs, and technical seminars.

 

*Required Skills:*

1.Strong B2B industrial sales experience.

2.Experience in Automotive Industry / Robotics / Automation

3.Technical understanding of: Industrial Robots, Automation Cells, PLC / Controls basics, Manufacturing processes

4.Excellent customer handling and negotiation skills.

5.Strong presentation and communication skills.

6.Ability to manage key accounts and large projects.
