Engineer / Sr. Engineer – (Production – Setter Troubleshooting & Setup) MNC for Manesar Location

Job Description

*Should have in Machining Like; CNC/ VMC Process*

*Key Responsibilities*

1.Perform machine setup, tooling setup, and parameter setting for hydraulic component manufacturing machines.

2.Execute product changeovers within targeted setup times.

3.Verify machine readiness before production startup.

4.Ensure correct fixture, tooling, gauges, and programs are installed as per production requirements.

5.Conduct first-off inspection and obtain production approval.

6.Diagnose and resolve machine, tooling, fixture, and process-related issues.

7.Analyze production breakdowns and implement corrective actions.

8.Support maintenance teams during machine failures and preventive maintenance activities.

9.Troubleshoot CNC machines, hydraulic systems, pneumatic systems, and automation equipment.

10.Monitor machine performance, cycle time, and productivity.

11.Ensure achievement of daily production targets.

12.Support operators in machine operation and process control.

13.Maintain optimum machine utilization and production efficiency.
