*Should have should have good Recruitment Experience in the Automotive and Manufacturing Industries.*

*Responsibilities:*

1.Manage full-cycle recruitment from requisition intake to onboarding.

2.Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and networking.

3.Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments.

4.Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and technical teams.

5.Build talent pipelines for critical automotive roles.

6.Ensure adherence to recruitment KPIs, SLAs, and compliance requirements.

7.Maintain accurate candidate records in the ATS.

8.Provide regular hiring status updates and recruitment reports.

9.Support employer branding and campus hiring initiatives.

10.Monitor automotive talent market trends and competitor hiring activities.
