Job Description

*Should have good Experience in Manufacturing Industry*

*Key Responsibilities*

1.Implement and monitor EHS policies, procedures, and safety standards in the plant.

2.Conduct regular safety inspections, audits, and risk assessments.

3.Ensure compliance with statutory safety regulations and environmental norms.

4.Maintain records related to safety, incidents, PPE, fire systems, and audits.

5.Conduct safety induction and training programs for employees and contractors.

6.Monitor unsafe acts and unsafe conditions; recommend corrective actions.

7.Handle Permit to Work (PTW) systems for high-risk activities.

8.Ensure proper use of PPE and safety equipment across departments.

9.Coordinate mock drills, emergency preparedness, and firefighting activities.

10.Investigate accidents, near misses, and prepare incident reports.

11.Maintain ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 documentation and compliance.

12.Monitor waste disposal, pollution control, and environmental management activities.

13.Support contractor safety management and toolbox talks.

14.Ensure machine safety compliance for hydraulic, CNC, VMC, and production equipment.
