Engineer – Electrical Maintenance MNC for Manesar Location

Job Description

*Should have good Experience in Machining (CNC/ VMC/ CNC Turning)*

• Preventive Maintenance Planning & Execution

• Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules for electrical equipment and utilities.

• Ensure timely execution of PM activities to minimize breakdowns.

• Analyze recurring electrical failures and implement corrective & preventive actions (CAPA).

• Support predictive maintenance initiatives.

• Handle maintenance of: CNC/VMC machines

• PLC systems (Siemens/Mitsubishi/Allen Bradley)

• Drives, motors, panels, transformers

• Modify and optimize control programs if required.

• Maintain critical spare inventory for electrical components.

• Ensure adherence to electrical safety standards and statutory compliance.

• Conduct safety audits and implement corrective actions.

*Skills Required*

1.Knowledge of Machining (CNC Programming, CNC Turning)

2.Strong knowledge of PLC (Siemens drive (VFD or Servo) and industrial automation

3.Knowledge of TPM, 5S, and Lean Manufacturing

4.Good analytical and problem-solving skills
