Engineer – CMM Quality for Pataudi, Haryana Location

Job Description

*Should have good Experience in Jig Fixture & SPM Machine Manufacturing*

*Key Skills:*

1.Develop, modify, and execute CMM programs using PC-DMIS, Calypso, or equivalent software.

2.Perform First Article Inspection (FAI), layout inspection, and final dimensional validation.

3.Analyze inspection reports and ensure product compliance with customer requirements.

4.Interpret engineering drawings, CAD models, and GD&T specifications.

5.Inspect and validate newly developed jigs, fixtures, checking gauges, and poka-yoke systems.

6.Verify fixture accuracy, repeatability, and capability before production release.

7.Conduct fixture trials and prepare validation reports.

8.Coordinate with Design and Manufacturing teams for fixture improvements.

9.Perform quality checks during SPM machine assembly and commissioning.

10.Verify machine accuracy, cycle time, repeatability, and process capabilit

11.Support PPAP, APQP, FMEA, Control Plans, and MSA activities.

12.Conduct Gauge R&R studies and maintain calibration records.
