Job Description

*Should have good experience in Automotive Industry.*

*Job Responsibilities:*

1.Monitor and control Heat Treatment processes including:

2.Induction Hardening; Tempering; Painting; ECT; MPI

3.Ensure achievement of daily production targets with required quality standards.

4.Maintain process parameters as per control plans, standards, and work instructions.

5.Ensure proper loading/unloading practices and material traceability.

6.Coordinate with upstream and downstrearn processes for smooth material flow.

7.Verify hardness, case depth, microstructure, and process quality requirements.

8.Analyze rejection trends and implement corrective actions.

9.Participate in problem solving activities such as Why-Why Analysis, 4M Change Control, and CAPA.

10.Maintain 55, safety, discipline, and shopfloor housekeeping.

11.Conduct shift handover and shift production reporting.

12.Ensure proper utilization of manpower and machines.

13.Support Kaizen, productivity improvement, and cost reduction activities. manpower Handeling; Easy to adopt and Open to Learn and implement

14.Basic Heat Treatment laboratory knowledge: Hardness Testing; Micro structure observation; Case Depth Verification etc

15.Ability to read process sheets

16.Knowledge of 55; 7QC; Kaizen.

17.Awareness of IATF; ISO 14001-45001
