*Should have good experience in automotive, auto-component, engineering, or large manufacturing industries preferred.*

 

*Job Responsibilities:*

1.Industrial Relations & Employee Relations

2.Maintain healthy and cordial industrial relations across the plant.

3.Act as a bridge between management and workmen to ensure a positive work environment.

4.Handle employee grievances, disciplinary issues, and conflict resolution.

5.Support management during wage negotiations, settlements, and collective bargaining activities.

6.Develop proactive strategies to prevent industrial disputes and maintain workforce stability.

7.Legal & Statutory Compliance

8.Disciplinary Management & Stakeholder Management

 

*Technical Competencies*

1.Strong knowledge of Indian labor laws and statutory compliance.

2.Experience in disciplinary actions, domestic inquiries, and legal documentation.

3.Understanding of wage settlements and collective bargaining processes.
