Job Description

*Should have good experience in Automotive handle with MSIL Customer*

*Job Responsibilities:*

1.Develop manufacturing processes for cold heading, thread rolling, heat treatment, and surface coating.

2.Prepare Process Flow, PFMEA, Control Plan, SOPs, and Standard Work Instructions.

3.Setup and validation of flat & cylindrical die rolling machines

4.Execute APQP activities in line with IATF 16949 requirements

5.Prepare documents as per APQP & PPAP guidelines

6.Good Knowledge of NPD process

7.Good knowledge of Fasterer Process

8.Good Understanding of MSIL requritments (Audit, NPD Methos)

2.Tool life improvement techniques

3.Knowledge of GD&T and automotive drawings

4.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
