Engineer / Sr. Engineer / Asst. Manager – Maintenance (CCD) MNC for Bawal & Manesar Location

Job Description

*Should have good Experience in experience in Electronics/ Electrical/ Automotive Industry*

*Key Responsibilities:*

1.Review, modify and evaluate Preventive Maintenance of all equipment’s as per the schedule

2.Evaluate & execute predictive maintenance/condition based maintenance of machines

3.In-depth knowledge of all electrical systems (Vision/ CCD application development, PLC systems

(MITSUBISHI /OMRON), Drives- Servo & Stepper, robotic systems)

4.Knowledge of basic mechanical maintenance (Solenoid valves, pneumatic cylinder)

5.Standard communication protocols (RS 232; RJ45, TCP/IP)

6.Ensure adherence of line basic checks, Log book filling etc.

7.Ensure RCA, Corrective Maintenance & Horizontal Deployment

8.Prepare MTTR/ MTBF of machines/ equipment’s

9.Ensure adherence of safety/ environment measures in respective area

10.Ensure proper discipline, continual improvement projects

11.Monitor and upkeep daily records, shift wise and machine wise.

12.Ensure proper housekeeping and upkeep of all equipment’s of work area.
