Jr. Engineer – Mechanical Maintenance MNC for Manesar Location

Job Description

*Should have good experience in Automotive Industry*

*Job Responsibilities:*

∙Resp. for execution of preventive maintenance including predictive Maintenance, TBM, CBM, FBM & so on..

∙Resp. for Maintenance KPI e.g., MTTR, MTBF, BD%, Maintenance Cost

∙Managing complete shift activity related to BD, Preventive, Predictive & Time-based Maintenance

∙Managing all Mechanical and Electrical maintenance (Fault Finding, Dismantling, Part Replacement & Assy.) e.g., Hydraulic System, Pneumatic System, Coolant System, Axes Control System, APC, ATC etc.

∙Managing all Mechanical, Electrical & Electronics Maintenance e.g., Fault finding in Logic, Ladder (RLC & PLC Control Machines, CNC Controller, Fanuc)

∙Analysis of breakdowns & implementation of countermeasures

∙Expert in replace Ball Screw, LM guide, Spindle , Stator, Cyclo reducer, and Rotary unit.

∙Machine History Card Maintenance & Updation.

∙Spare Parts management, Oil & Chemical management & Cost Management

∙Preparation & Release of maintenance Documentation

∙Conduct routine inspections to ensure systems are operating safely and efficiently.

∙Ensure compliance with electrical safety regulations and company policies.

∙Diagnose Mechanical l faults and implement effective solutions to reduce downtime.

∙Maintain and update maintenance records and logs.

*Any special experience/Knowledge required*

∙Sound Knowledge on VMC, HMC replacement Ball screw, LM Guide, Rotary, Cyclo reducer. Machine

∙Alignment, Ladder, Fanuc system, Electric Wiring, Panel Wiring ,Hydraulic and Pneumatic control.

∙Sound Knowledge in Machining related technologies, maintenance systems, infrastructures, standards, and processes

∙Sound Knowledge and Hand on experience in Mechanical maintenance.

∙Advance level Communication skills, including Presentation and Negotiation techniques; advanced English

∙Sound Analytical skills should be able to use analytical tools. Good attention to details.

∙Advance level Problem solving skills, advance creativity & innovation skill.
