Manager – Production (Wire Ropes) for Bhiwadi Location

Job Description

*Should have good experience in Wire Ropes Manufacturing Industry Only*

*Responsibilities*

1.Plan and execute daily, weekly, and monthly production schedules as per customer requirements.

2.Ensure achievement of production targets with desired quality standards.

3.Monitor wire manufacturing processes including drawing, annealing, bunching, stranding, insulation, packing, and dispatch coordination.

4.Optimize machine utilization, manpower productivity, and material consumption.

5.Coordinate with PPC, Quality, Maintenance, Stores, and Dispatch departments for smooth production flow.

6.Implement and monitor production KPIs such as OEE, rejection, downtime, productivity, and efficiency.

7.Ensure adherence to SOPs, process parameters, and quality standards.

8.Drive continuous improvement initiatives through Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, 5S, and cost reduction projects.

9.Analyze production losses and implement corrective actions to improve efficiency.

10.Monitor scrap control and reduction of rework/rejection.

11.Ensure preventive maintenance coordination for minimum machine breakdown.

12.Maintain production records, reports, and MIS data.

13.Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and statutory requirements.

14.Handle manpower planning, shift management, discipline, and skill development.

15.Participate in customer audits and internal quality audits.

16.Support new product development and process improvement activities.

5.Understanding of quality systems and process controls.

6.Good analytical and decision-making capability.

7.Proficiency in ERP systems and MS Office.

8.Strong communication and coordination skills.
