Technician / Electronics Assembler – PCB Soldering MNC for Pune Location

Job Description

*Responsibilities*

1.Soldering: Perform high-quality hand soldering of SMT and THT components using soldering irons, hot air guns, and flux.

2.PCB Assembly: Assemble PCBs according to circuit diagrams, BOMs (Bill of Materials), and assembly drawings.

3.Rework & Repair: Identify defective components and rework or repair PCBs, including removing and replacing components.

4.Inspection & Testing: Inspect solder joints and components for quality and reliability (visual or with magnification) and perform continuity checks.

5.Documentation: Record assembly, test results, and rework data

6.Equipment Maintenance: Maintain workstations and calibrate tools, such as soldering stations, according to standard operating procedures.

*Required Skills*

1.Experience: Proven experience in electronic assembly and soldering, particularly with fine-pitch SMT components.

2.Knowledge: Proficiency with electronic components, schematic reading, and ESD standards.
