*Responsibilities*
1.Maintain daily accounting transactions and bookkeeping
2.Prepare invoices, payment vouchers, purchase entries, and bank reconciliations
3.Handle accounts payable and receivable activities
4.Prepare MIS reports and financial statements
5.Reconcile bank statements, ledgers, and vendor accounts
6.Assist in GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance work
7.Maintain accurate financial records and documentation
8.Generate financial reports using Advanced Excel
9.Analyze accounting data and prepare management reports
10.Coordinate with auditors, vendors, and internal departments
*Required Skills*
1.Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting
2.Advanced Excel skills including Like; Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, IF formulas, Conditional Formatting, Data Validation, Charts and Dashboards
3.Knowledge of Tally, ERP, or accounting software
4.Good analytical and problem-solving skills
5.Attention to detail and accuracy
6.Good communication and organizational skills
