*Technical Office Responsibilities*

1.Review and interpret engineering drawings, specifications, GD&T, and customer standards.

2.Lead APQP activities including feasibility study, process flow, PFMEA, control plans, and SOP preparation.

3.Develop and standardize manufacturing processes for hydraulic precision components.

4.Coordinate with production, tooling, CNC programming, heat treatment, and surface treatment teams for process optimization.

5.Ensure compliance with customer drawing revisions and technical documentation control.

*Quality Responsibilities*

1.Lead Quality Assurance and Quality Control functions across plant operations.

2.Ensure compliance with ISO 9001 / IATF 16949 / customer-specific quality standards.

3.Handle customer audits, supplier audits, and certification audits.

4.Lead root cause analysis using 8D, Why-Why, Fishbone, SPC, MSA, and CAPA methodologies.

5.Monitor rejection, rework, customer complaints, and warranty issues with corrective actions.

6.Establish robust inspection systems for precision hydraulic parts.

*Required Experience*

1.Experience in precision engineering manufacturing.

2.Strong background in hydraulic precision parts manufacturing is mandatory.

3.Experience in CNC turning, grinding, hard turning, heat treatment, and precision machining processes preferred.

4.Exposure to electroplating and surface treatment processes such as zinc plating, hard chrome plating, phosphating, blackening, and corrosion protection systems preferred.

5.Exposure to export-oriented and OEM customer requirements preferred.

*Technical Skills*

1.Excellent understanding of engineering drawings, tolerances, GD&T, and international standards.

2.Strong knowledge of hydraulic component manufacturing processes.

3.Good knowledge of metallurgy, heat treatment processes, hardness control, and electroplating technologies.

4.Expertise in quality tools: APQP, PPAP, SPC, MSA, FMEA, 8D, Lean, Six Sigma.

5.Good understanding of gauges, inspection systems, and surface finish requirements.

6.Familiarity with ERP systems and technical documentation management
