Job Description

*Should have good experience in Automotive Induistry*

*Job Responsibilities:*

1.Ensure the availability and smooth running of all the equipment, machines, utilities, and services with minimum delay as per the laid down procedure.

2.Knowledge of Electrical and Mechanical maintenance of Hardening Furnace, CNC and SPM machines

3.Plan and execute preventive and breakdown maintenance

4.Exposure of Machine, Utility & Sustainability Projects

5.Knowledge of Utility Equipments as DG, ETP, STP, AHU etc

6.Breakdown Maintenance & Analysis, TM initatives,5s, implement Kaizen activities

7.Audit Preparation-IATF,ISO14001,IMS ,MACE

8.Workplace Safety-HIRA preparation, Incident Management,waste management etc.

9.Elect./Mech. Spare Parts Inventory Management

*Other Skills:*

1.Must have exposer for team handling

2.Good Communication & Negogiation skills

3.Proficiency in Excel & MIS reporting
