*Key Copetencies Needed:*

1.Strong knowledge of statutory safety requirements under the Factories Act, 1948 and Maharashtra Factories Rules, 1963

2.Expertise in risk assessment techniques (HIRA, JSA) and hazard control methodologies

3.Hands-on experience in safety systems such as PTW, LOTO, machine guarding, and PPE compliance

4.Good understanding of fire safety systems, emergency preparedness, and high-risk activities (WAH, hot work, lifting, electrical work)

5.Working knowledge of ISO 14001 and ISO 45001, including audits and documentation
