Job Description

*Should have good experience in Automotive / Manufacturing Industry*

*Key Responsibilities:*

1.Demonstrate strong proficiency and extensive vocabulary in translation and interpretation between Japanese, English, and Hindi.

Speak, read, and write fluently in Japanese, English, and Hindi.

2.Possess an excellent understanding of technical terminology, particularly related to the automobile industry.

3.Translate written materials accurately and efficiently from Japanese to English and English to Japanese, ensuring linguistic and contextual precision.

4.Provide accurate and meaningful interpretation and translation by applying appropriate cultural and contextual knowledge.

5.Support the HR function by facilitating Japanese-Indian communication during meetings, discussions, and documentation.

6.Handle visa formalities, including e-FRRO coordination, as well as hotel and flight arrangements for expatriates and visitors.

7.Maintain effective documentation and reporting using MS Office tools, particularly MS Excel and PowerPoint.

8.Ensure confidentiality and professionalism while handling sensitive information and communications.
