Sr. Engineer – Production (Sliding Head Machine) MNC for Manesar Location

Job Description

*Should have good Experience in Precision Turning/Machining of Steel parts Background Only*

*JD*

1.Operate and manage CNC machines including Turning, Milling, Turn-Mill and Sliding Head machines (up to 10-axis).

2.Perform machine setup, troubleshooting as per engineering drawings.

3.Work on Fanuc and Siemens control systems.

4.Optimize machining processes through cycle time and setup time reduction.

5.Monitor tool life and improve productivity using appropriate cutting tools.

6.Work with TB-Deco software (opt.) for programming and operations for Deco Tornos. Tsugami, citizen, star sliding head machine.

7.Conduct cycle time studies.

8.Handle manpower and shop-floor activities.

9.Prepare daily production reports and maintain data records.

10.Ensure achievement of daily production targets.

11.Down time calculation and reduction planning.

*Skills:*

1.Strong knowledge of CNC machining & machine setup.

2.Proficiency in Fanuc & Siemens controls
