Urgently Need AM / DM – Robotic Sales

Company Name – Leading Robotic Manufacturing Company

Industry    :  Robotics

Location  : Chennai (Sriperumbudur)

Department : Sales & Marketing

Experience : 5+ years of B2B sales experience

Qualification: B.Tech   (Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, or related discipline).

Salary : 12 to 15 LPA (Depending On Experience)

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Business Development

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within automotive OEMs, Tier 1 suppliers, and key strategic accounts across South India.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve targets for KUKA robotics and automation solutions.
  • Build and maintain strong, long‑term relationships with customers by understanding their automation needs and production challenges.
  • Conduct customer visits, technical presentations, and product demonstrations to communicate KUKA’s value proposition.
  • Prepare and present technical and commercial proposals, negotiate contracts, and close orders in alignment with company policies.

Market Intelligence & Strategy

  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies in automotive automation.
  • Provide structured feedback to management on customer requirements, market dynamics, and potential product improvements.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams on targeted campaigns, events, and promotional activities.

Project Coordination

  • Coordinate closely with application engineering, project management, and service teams to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Support customers during project implementation by addressing technical queries and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Reporting & Compliance

  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline status using CRM tools.
  • Ensure full compliance with company policies, ethical standards, and confidentiality requirements.

Qualification & Experience Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, or related discipline).
  • Minimum 5+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in automotive, robotics, or industrial automation.
  • Strong technical aptitude with the ability to understand and communicate complex automation solutions.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship‑building skills.
  • Self‑driven, proactive, and results‑oriented mindset.
  • Willingness to travel extensively across South India.

Proficiency in English; knowledge of South Indian languages is an added advantage
